His Excellency the Chairman of the Board of Grievances and of the Administrative Judicial Council, Dr. Khaled bin Mohammed Alyousef, affirmed that — with the continuous guidance and close attention of His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, may God preserve him — all digital litigation services and procedures across the administrative courts and Judicial circuits of the Board of Grievances have been fully completed. Judicial proceedings are now administered through an integrated smart court system, supported by a knowledge assistant, harnessing cutting-edge emerging technologies and artificial intelligence to serve practitioners and beneficiaries.
Following his attendance today, Wednesday, December 3, 2025, at the State Budget Forum for the Fiscal Year 2026, H.E. stated that the activation of smart litigation has successfully accelerated procedures and enhanced the efficiency of the Saudi judiciary in serving beneficiaries inside and outside the Kingdom. He added that the digital transformation project presented today at the Forum clearly highlighted the remarkable advancement achieved by the judiciary in our beloved country, the significant international successes it has attained in leveraging digitalization and modern technologies to enhance the quality and delivery of judicial services, and the prior efforts to establish an enabling and stimulating legislative and administrative environment.
His Excellency concluded his remarks to the media on this occasion by stating that the Kingdom's 2026 budget is an extension of its predecessors in serving the interests of citizens and taking them into consideration when determining areas of spending and development. He emphasized that the many global events and developmental, social, and economic projects awaiting our nation in the coming days will contribute to shaping an attractive environment for tourism and investment, and to providing enhanced quality of life and well-being for citizens and residents across the Kingdom — asking God Almighty to preserve our country, its leadership, and to perpetuate its security and prosperity.
