The Administrative Judicial Council held its fifth session, chaired by His Excellency the Chairman of the Board of Grievances and President of the Administrative Judicial Council, Dr. Ali bin Ahmed Alohaydib, on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at the headquarters of the Board of Grievances in Riyadh, in the presence of the Council members.
The Secretary-General of the Administrative Judicial Council, Dr. Abdullah Al-Ajlan, stated that His Excellency the Chairman welcomed the members at the beginning of the session, expressing appreciation for their efforts and contributions. He added that the Council, during this session, approved the promotion of twenty-eight judges across various judicial ranks within the Board of Grievances.
Dr. Al-Ajlan further noted that the session also approved the restructuring of a number of judicial circuits in the Administrative Court in Jeddah and the Administrative Court in Makkah, in addition to discussing several items listed on the session's agenda and taking the necessary actions accordingly.
