The Board of Grievances, in cooperation with the Judicial Training Center, organized the Judicial Leadership Forum for Presidents of Administrative Courts across the various regions of the Kingdom. The forum was held from 7 to 11 December 2025 in the Eastern Province, with the aim of developing the capabilities of court presidents and equipping them with leadership expertise, tools, and skills, in line with the most prominent international models for leadership preparation and qualification, and leveraging them in support of judicial administration.
Over the course of five days, totaling 50 interactive training hours, Their Excellencies the Presidents of Administrative Courts participated in intensive training programs and working groups focused on applying modern leadership models, as well as engaging in practical experiences based on advanced training tools. The interactive sessions also contributed to enhancing the exchange of knowledge and expertise among court presidents, in cooperation with a distinguished group of experts, specialists, and academics in management and institutional leadership.
Through this specialized forum, the Board of Grievances aims to enhance the efficiency of judicial leadership and develop their skills in a manner that keeps pace with the legislative, regulatory, and digital transformation witnessed by the Board of Grievances, and to achieve sustainability in leadership development. This, in turn, positively reflects on performance efficiency, the quality of the work environment, and the achievement of beneficiary satisfaction.
