The framework serves as an integrated strategic structure that embodies the vision of the Board of Grievances, its development programs, and future objectives, and sets out the methodology for judicial and administrative work across all administrative judicial bodies in the regions of the Kingdom.
The framework's vision is directed toward consolidating leadership in administrative judiciary and maximizing its impact in promoting the values of justice, independence, and transparency. It is based on key pillars including governance, institutional excellence, innovation, and effective communication, in addition to leveraging emerging technologies and strengthening organizational and financial sustainability, thereby contributing to the development of the work ecosystem, improving efficiency, and achieving future objectives.
The framework aims to enhance beneficiary satisfaction with services, litigation procedures, and judicial technologies; develop judicial systems and procedures; enable modern technologies; and build human and judicial capacities, thereby improving performance efficiency and output quality. This builds on the Board of Grievances' ongoing institutional development journey, as it has been developed by a group of experts and specialists in the fields of judiciary, technology, entrepreneurship, and resources, further strengthening the Board's position and reinforcing its regional and international presence.
