His Excellency Dr. Ali bin Ahmed Alohaydib, Chairman of the Board of Grievances and President of the Administrative Judicial Council, visited and inspected the Supreme Administrative Court on Monday, April 13, 2026, affirming the importance of harnessing all capabilities to serve litigants. He was received by the President of the Court, Sheikh Ali Al-Sa'awi, and toured the court's circuits and departments, reviewing the stages and procedures of cases, the progress of judicial work, and the utilization of all available resources to support litigants.
On the sidelines of the inspection visit, His Excellency Dr. Ali bin Ahmed Alohaydib held a meeting with the esteemed judges of the Supreme Administrative Court. He emphasized the Board of Grievances' commitment to providing and leveraging all capabilities and modern technologies to support administrative litigation across its courts foremost among them the Supreme Administrative Court in order to enhance the quality and efficiency of judicial work and rulings, and to achieve the Board's objectives in reducing litigation timeframes and streamlining procedures.
During the meeting, His Excellency stressed the importance of a strong sense of responsibility and effective collaboration among all judicial and administrative teams within the Board of Grievances to fulfill the aspirations of the leadership—may God support it—in enabling administrative judiciary to carry out its vital role, support quality of life, and enhance investment attractiveness in the Kingdom. This visit comes as part of ongoing efforts to assess the reality and environment of judicial work across the Board's courts, identify their needs, and foster a spirit of initiative, motivation, and innovation among staff, while ensuring sustainability and leadership in administrative justice.
