The Board of Grievances has secured the Gold Award for Best Digital Transformation for its digital platform MOEN, during the 2025 International Customer Experience Awards ceremony held on Wednesday, 12 November 2025, in London, with the participation of prominent global entities specializing in customer experience.
The Board also received the Silver Award for Best Use of Artificial Intelligence (ALMUSAID) for its Intelligent Knowledge Assistant System, reaffirming its excellence in leveraging advanced technologies to enhance administrative justice and deliver an innovative, interactive digital experience that strengthens efficiency, transparency, and service quality.
This achievement reflects the Board of Grievances' significant progress in the Kingdom's digital transformation journey and its impactful contribution to improving quality of life and service delivery—made possible through the generous support of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince, may Allah preserve them.
