Board of Grievances Delivers More Than 40 Development


The Board of Grievances announced the implemen​tation of more than 40 professional development programs for its judicial and administrative personnel during the first half of 2026. The initiatives included training programs as well as local and international workshops conducted across various regions of the Kingdom and abroad, totaling more than 550 training hours. These efforts reflect the Board's ongoing commitment to developing its human capital and strengthening institutional performance.

 

More than 1,230 beneficiaries from the Board of Grievances participated in these development programs during the same period. The programs covered a wide range of fields, including judicial and administrative practice, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, leadership, and specialized professional skills, contributing to the enhancement of professional capabilities and readiness to keep pace w​ith evolving requirements and emerging trends.

 

In addition, the General Directorate of Human Resources at the Board of Grievances, in cooperation with the Institute of Public Administration and the Prince Saud Al Faisal Institute for Diplomatic Studies, delivered training programs benefiting 1,062 employees from the Board of Grievances, the Administrative Courts, and affiliated entities across the Kingdom. These programs comprised more than 149 training courses in administrative and specialized fields.

 

These efforts reaffirm the Board of Grievances' commitment to developing its human capital and strengthening workforce readiness to keep pace with rapid transformations, particularly during the Year of Artificial Intelligence 2026. They support the adoption of advanced technologies, foster a culture of innovation, and contribute to achieving the objectives of the Board of Grievances 2030 Framework for leadership and Maximized Impact, while further enhancing institutional performance and advancing the quality of judicial and administrative services.
