The Board of Grievances organized today, Tuesday, 19 May 2026, at its headquarters in Riyadh, a specialized workshop to discuss the implications of Royal Order No. 82241 dated 16/10/1447H, issued regarding enabling objections and grievances against decisions whose appeals fall under the jurisdiction of the Board of Grievances to be submitted before the relevant government entity. The workshop was attended by representatives from more than 50 government entities across the Kingdom, with the aim of reviewing the legal and procedural aspects related to implementing the Royal Order and its legal implications.

During the workshop, which was held over the course of a full working day, the Board of Grievances reviewed the procedures related to administrative fines and the mechanisms for handling the submission and withdrawal of enforcement requests that had been transferred to the Administrative Enforcement Platform prior to the issuance of the Royal Order, in addition to requests that had not previously been filed and the legal procedures applicable thereto. The workshop also addressed judicial principles related to fines and reviewed a comparable administrative experience.

The workshop concluded with responses to participants' inquiries and discussions of their questions. It witnessed strong engagement and an active exchange of knowledge and expertise. The workshop comes as part of the Board of Grievances' ongoing efforts to raise awareness of and explain its judicial regulations, strengthen its educational role, and contribute to facilitating procedures and services provided through the Administrative Enforcement Court and its digital platforms, in a manner that promotes justice and ensures rights are delivered to their rightful owners.
