The Board of Grievances Publishes New Editions of the Compendium of Principles of the Administrative Supreme Court

News Date : 11/27/2025

The Board of Grievances, represented by the Department of Judgment Classification and Publication at the Office of Legal Affairs, has released two new compendiums of judicial principles issued by the Administrative Supreme Court for the years 1443 and 1444 AH. This initiative comes as part of the Board's ongoing efforts to advance judicial practice and document its principles in a way that enhances transparency and elevates the quality of performance.

The two compendiums contain the judicial principles adopted by the circuits of the Administrative Supreme Court across various areas of administrative justice, with the aim of providing a methodological reference that assists specialists and researchers in understanding the judicial foundations and analyzing trends in administrative court rulings.

The issuance of these new compendiums along with the previously published specialized judicial collections is based on Article (21) of the Law of the Board of Grievances, which outlines the role of the Office of Legal Affairs in classifying the judgments issued by the Board's courts, and subsequently printing and publishing them in approved volumes.
