His Excellency the Chairman of the Board of Grievances and President of the Administrative Judiciary Council, Dr. Ali bin Ahmed Alohaydib, received today, Wednesday, 24 June 2026, at the Board's headquarters in Riyadh, a number of beneficiaries who had requested to meet with H.E. through the dedicated digital service available on the Board of Grievances' portal. During the meeting, H.E. listened to their requests, views, and suggestions, and directed the prompt completion and processing of requests in accordance with applicable regulations and jurisdictional requirements, in a manner that enhances procedural fairness and supports the principles of transparency and integrity.
His Excellency emphasized the importance of intensifying efforts to keep pace with the growing number of cases filed before the Board of Grievances and maximizing the utilization of modern technologies and digital services. Such efforts contribute to improving procedural efficiency, accelerating the completion of work, and enhancing the quality of services provided to beneficiaries, in support of the continuous development objectives of the administrative judiciary framework.
This meeting forms part of the regular engagements that H.E. is keen to hold with beneficiaries in order to identify their needs and listen to their views and suggestions, thereby contributing to service development and enhancing the digital litigation experience. Beneficiaries' feedback also represents an important source for ongoing development and improvement initiatives within the Board of Grievances Framework for Leadership and Maximized Impact, while advancing operational efficiency and the quality of judicial and administrative services.
