H.E. the Chairman of the Board of Grievances and President of the Administrative Judicial Council, Dr. Ali bin Ahmed Alohaydib, chaired the meeting of the E-Transactions Committee on Monday, April 6, 2026, at the Board's headquarters in Riyadh. The meeting, attended by committee members, discussed the use cases of artificial intelligence, in addition to proposals for developing its digital platforms.
The relevant departments also presented a number of proposed projects to develop the MOEN Platform and the Administrative Enforcement Platform, including upgrading their technologies and operational procedures. This comes as part of the Board of Grievances' ongoing efforts to enhance beneficiary experience and improve the speed and quality of case processing across all its litigation platforms, in pursuit of advancing the maturity of digital services in administrative justice.
H.E. Dr. Alohaydib emphasized the importance of diligently advancing the Board's digital technologies and platforms, and exploring innovative solutions to enhance digital judicial services. He also stressed the need to monitor beneficiary experience to ensure business continuity and the efficiency, speed, and integrity of processes, while supporting and facilitating innovation in this field, providing the necessary technologies and data, and overcoming any related challenges.
H.E. commended the Committee, its members, and all those involved in its work for their efforts in advancing the Board of Grievances' journey toward regional and global leadership in administrative justice.
