Dr. Khaled bin Mohammed Alyousef, Chairman of the Board of Grievances and Chairman of the Administrative Judicial Council, chaired the meeting of the E-Transactions Committee—formed by his decision—at the Board's headquarters in Riyadh, with the attendance of committee members. The meeting began with a review of the committee's recent activities, performance indicators, and targets relevant to its scope of work.
The discussions centered on the applications of artificial intelligence technologies in administrative judiciary, and the added value these technologies could bring in enhancing the performance of judicial circuits, digital services, and beneficiary satisfaction. The committee also reviewed potential future developments in AI and how they could support judicial and administrative teams in expediting and improving their work.
H.E. the Chairman further discussed with the E-Transactions Committee several related topics, including surveys, statistics, and opinion polls, with the aim of leveraging them to advance digital administrative judicial services, thereby improving the quality of outcomes and raising levels of beneficiary satisfaction.
