The agreement includes exploring opportunities to enhance digital platforms and strengthen technical integration between them, fostering an innovative digital ecosystem, exchanging expertise and consultancy services, and supporting the development of human capital. These efforts aim to improve the efficiency of digital services and advance the institutional operating model in line with the latest practices and emerging technologies.
The agreement also focuses on activating development initiatives in the field of data analytics and maximizing its value in supporting decision making processes, strengthening monitoring, analysis, and predictive capabilities, and leveraging artificial intelligence technologies to develop innovative solutions for operational and organizational challenges. This will contribute to enhancing performance efficiency and institutional impact, while further advancing the Board of Grievances' journey toward digital and judicial leadership at both the regional and global levels.
