The Board of Grievances, represented by the Decision Support Center, concluded a series of specialized workshops for its personnel in risk management and business continuity under the title “Risk and Business Continuity Champions: The First Line of Defense." The workshops brought together a distinguished group of experts and specialists, alongside several leaders and employees from the Board's judicial and administrative facilities.
Held over four days in Riyadh and Jeddah, the workshops addressed specialized topics including the role of risk champions, professional methods for building risk registers, business interruption analysis and its impacts, as well as risk management methodologies, risk formulation, identification of root causes, and mechanisms for risk analysis and evaluation in accordance with leading local and international standards.
The workshops also covered risk treatment strategies, controls and methods for measuring their effectiveness, mitigation plans, and key risk indicators. The program concluded with a review of advanced risk register models. These workshops form part of the efforts of the Decision Support Center, represented by the Risk and Business Continuity Office, to enhance operational efficiency and sustainability, strengthen institutional readiness, and reinforce the Board of Grievances' leadership in administrative judiciary.
