The General Department of Judicial Affairs at the Board of Grievances concluded its specialized workshops for the third quarter of 2025 with a workshop titled “Lawsuits to Annul Decisions of the Committee for Violations of the Health Professions Practice Law." The workshop brought together an elite group of judicial staff to discuss the handling of such cases between administrative courts and administrative courts of appeal.
Throughout the quarter, the Board of Grievances organized several workshops across various regions, during which judicial personnel and legal experts discussed a wide range of topics. These included administrative discussions on the Board's general strategy and its academic foundations; legal sessions examining the relationship between the Civil Transactions Law and administrative judiciary; reviews of the procedures and rulings related to reports of administrative courts of appeal and the observations recorded about them; as well as deliberations on appeals against judgments in tuition fee lawsuits.
The organization of these workshops reflects the Board of Grievances' commitment to enhancing the quality of judicial and administrative work, developing its procedures in line with current laws and legislative developments, and strengthening the quality of administrative justice outcomes. It also demonstrates the Board's dedication to fostering an integrated judicial environment that raises performance efficiency, unifies procedures, and reinforces its pioneering role as a judicial authority that continually strives to achieve justice and advance its practices in accordance with the highest standards.
