His Excellency the Chairman of the Board of Grievances and President of the Administrative Judiciary Council, Dr. Ali bin Ahmed Alohaydib, conducted today, Wednesday, 13 May 2026, an inspection visit to the Board of Grievances Courts Complex in Al-Jouf Region. During the visit, he reviewed on-site the progress of judicial work in the circuits and courts, as well as performance indicators and statistics related to judicial services, in addition to supporting services, the work environment, and facilities that support the operations of the Board of Grievances courts, contributing to enhancing operational efficiency and improving the quality of services provided to beneficiaries.
The visit also included a meeting with a number of beneficiaries who had submitted requests for meetings through the dedicated digital service available on the Board of Grievances' digital portal. His Excellency listened to their observations and requirements and directed that they be addressed in accordance with the applicable legal procedures, with the aim of strengthening responsiveness and improving service quality.
His Excellency Dr. Alohaydib also met with the honorable judges of the court, listened to their views and the challenges facing judicial work, and reviewed the workflow in the supporting departments and offices during his tour. He also met with several court employees, commending their efforts in supporting judicial work and enhancing performance efficiency. His Excellency praised the advanced levels of achievement attained by the Board of Grievances courts in Al-Jouf Region and emphasized the importance of continuing efforts to fulfill the aspirations of the wise leadership — may God preserve it — and to implement the directives of His Royal Highness the Crown Prince — may God support him — in developing judicial services and enhancing the efficiency of the administrative judiciary system.
