The Board of Grievances announces a new collection of administrative rulings on intellectual property, coinciding with World Intellectual Property Day

News Date : 4/26/2026

The Board of Grievances has announced a collection of administrative rulings on intellectual property within its judicial digests via its digital portal. This comes in conjunction with World Intellectual Property Day and as part of the Board of Grievances' efforts, under the direction of His Excellency the Chairman of the Board of Grievances and Chairman of the Administrative Judicial Council, Dr. Ali bin Ahmed Alohaydib, to unify and focus research and review activities, and to facilitate access for users of judicial digests within an integrated project for developing and specializing judicial digests.

The collection of administrative rulings on intellectual property includes more than three hundred rulings distributed over five volumes, issued by various administrative courts in intellectual property lawsuits and subjects, and upheld by the administrative courts of appeal. This makes these volumes an important cognitive and educational resource for users of judicial digests regarding intellectual property rights systems and sciences in the Kingdom.

It is worth noting that the Board of Grievances provides various judicial digests via its digital portal, including the principles of the Supreme Administrative Court, judicial precedents of the Board of Grievances' rulings, and collections of administrative rulings in three languages: English, French, and Chinese; with the aim of expanding the scope of review and facilitating access to rulings and knowledge sources in the administrative judiciary.
