The Board of Grievances has received the Enterprise Architecture Certification from the Digital Government Authority on Thursday, November 6, 2025, during the Digital Government Forum held in Riyadh.
This certification comes as a recognition of the Board's commitment to implementing the digital architecture requirements in accordance with the Authority's standards and to adopting the latest international practices in this field—enhancing operational sustainability, facilitating procedures, and improving the quality of institutional outputs.
The Board received the certificate during the Forum's closing ceremony.
This certification serves as a national benchmark that reflects the level of digital maturity among government entities, following a comprehensive evaluation that demonstrated the Board's excellence in digital transformation strategies, human capacity building, and administrative structures aligned with Saudi Arabia's digital governance framework.
It also highlighted the Board's efforts in automating judicial services, improving institutional performance efficiency, and advancing quality metrics.
It is noteworthy that on the first day of the Forum, His Excellency the Chairman of the Board of Grievances and President of the Administrative Judiciary, Dr. Khaled bin Mohammed Alyousef, announced the launch of the Smart Court System, one of the most prominent technological achievements in the administrative judiciary.
