His Excellency the Chairman of the Board of Grievances and President of the Administrative Judiciary, H.E. Dr. Ali bin Ahmed Alohaydib, met on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, with beneficiaries who had requested to meet with him through the dedicated digital service available on the Board of Grievances' electronic portal. During the meeting, held at his office at the Board's headquarters in Riyadh, His Excellency listened to the beneficiaries' requests and suggestions.​​

 

His Excellency also directed the prompt processing of beneficiaries' requests, in accordance with applicable regulations and jurisdictions, in a manner that ensures fairness and transparency of procedures. These periodic meetings are also part of ongoing efforts to review operational challenges and identify necessary updates to administrative and digital procedures. The Board of Grievances enables beneficiaries across all regions of the Kingdom to request a direct meeting with its head to address observations and complaints related to its jurisdiction.​

 

The Board of Grievances, under the supervision and guidance of H.E. Dr. Ali bin Ahmed Alohaydib, works to incorporate beneficiaries' feedback into the development and enhancement of its services as a key source for improving the digital litigation experience, refining judicial outputs, and strengthening the efficiency of judicial platforms. These efforts contribute to achieving targeted development goals and advancing the quality of performance, ultimately supporting the evolution of the digital judicial services ecosystem.​
