During the meeting, held at his office at the Board's headquarters in Riyadh, His Excellency listened to the beneficiaries' requests and suggestions.
His Excellency also directed the prompt processing of beneficiaries' requests, in accordance with applicable regulations and jurisdictions, in a manner that ensures fairness and transparency of procedures. These periodic meetings are also part of ongoing efforts to review operational challenges and identify necessary updates to administrative and digital procedures. The Board of Grievances enables beneficiaries across all regions of the Kingdom to request a direct meeting with its head to address observations and complaints related to its jurisdiction.
