The Board of Grievances, represented by its
Judicial Operations Management Center, announced that the total number of
beneficiary interactions across its various communication channels reached
207,932 during the first half of 2026. These interactions were received through
the unified contact number, beneficiary services, live chat, and social media
platforms, reflecting the diversity of its communication channels and the
availability of multiple avenues for beneficiaries to access services and submit
inquiries.
The Judicial Operations Management Center stated in its report that the
Beneficiary Services Department handled more than 130,000 phone calls, while
interactions through digital platforms exceeded 66,000. Inquiries accounted for
more than 80% of all interactions, with the remaining share consisting of
complaints, technical support requests, and suggestions.
The Board of Grievances continues to strengthen its communication channels with
beneficiaries and leverage their feedback and needs to develop and enhance the
quality of its services. This aligns with the objectives of the Board of
Grievances Framework 2030, which emphasizes effective engagement with
beneficiaries and responsiveness to their needs, contributing to improved
service quality, maximizing impact, and achieving leadership in administrative
justice.
