The Board of Grievances announced that the administrative judiciary, across all courts and litigation levels, delivered 244,206 judicial rulings and decisions during the Hijri year 1447 AH, marking an increase of 67,853 judicial rulings and decisions compared with the previous year, representing a growth rate exceeding 38%. This achievement reflects the continuous enhancement of institutional enablers, improved operational efficiency, and strengthened judicial and administrative capabilities across the administrative judiciary framework.
The Supreme Administrative Court recorded the highest growth in judicial output, issuing 31,428 judicial rulings and decisions during 1447 AH, compared with 14,975 judicial rulings and decisions in 1446 AH, representing an increase of more than 100%. This reflects the effectiveness of the support provided to its judicial circuits through specialized expertise, organizational and digital enablers, and the adoption of artificial intelligence applications and emerging technologies to support judicial and administrative functions. Meanwhile, the Administrative Courts issued 134,175 judicial rulings, achieving growth of more than 26%, while the Administrative Courts of Appeal issued 78,603 judicial rulings, recording an increase of more than 42% compared with the previous year.
These indicators were published in the Judicial Performance Statistical Report for 1447 AH, issued by the General Directorate of Judicial Affairs, affirming the directives of His Excellency the Chairman of the Board of Grievances and President of the Administrative Judicial Council, Dr. Ali bin Ahmed Alohaydib, to maximize the utilization of institutional enablers, measure and enhance performance, and reinforce the principles of transparency and institutional excellence, in line with the objectives of the Board of Grievances 2030 Framework and its vision Towards Leadership and Maximized Impact.
