The total number of judicial procedures carried out by the Center reached 5,348,020 procedures, including the registration and referral of requests, delivery of judgments, and the processing of various operational procedures related to the judicial workflow.
The report also indicated that the Center recorded 359,370 interactions with beneficiaries through the communication channels and platforms of the Board of Grievances, demonstrating the effectiveness of these channels in enhancing the beneficiary experience, facilitating access to judicial services, and supporting continuous communication with administrative justice beneficiaries.
