H.E. the Chairman of the Board of Grievances and Chairman of the Administrative Judicial Council, Dr. Ali bin Ahmed Alohaydib, met on Tuesday, July 21, 2026, with a delegation of leaders from HUMAIN, an artificial intelligence company and one of the Public Investment Fund's companies, to discuss opportunities for developing digital and smart solutions that contribute to advancing judicial and administrative work, as part of the implementation of the objectives of the Board of Grievances Framework 2030.
During the meeting, H.E. discussed with the company's delegation, which specializes in developing and managing artificial intelligence solutions, technologies, infrastructure, and data centers, opportunities to leverage AI technologies in enhancing operations and services, and benefit from specialized expertise and experiences to build innovative and reliable solutions. This contributes to improving performance quality, increasing procedural efficiency, and ensuring the highest standards of governance and secure technology use.
The meeting comes as an extension of the Board of Grievances' efforts to activate the Framework's objectives, translate the outcomes of the Higher Supervisory Committee into executive initiatives and projects, strengthen partnerships with national and international expertise and entities, and benefit from global best practices in leveraging artificial intelligence to support the development of the administrative judiciary, enhance service quality, and improve beneficiaries' experience.
