His Excellency the Chairman of the Board of Grievances and President of the Admini​strative Judiciary Council, Dr. Ali bin Ahmed Alohaydib, met today, Wednesday, 20 May 2026, at the headquarters of the Board of Grievances in Riyadh, with a number of beneficiaries who had applied through the digital portal service requesting a meeting with His Excellency the Chairman. During the meeting, he listened to their requests and observations.

 

His Excellency directed the prompt processing of requests in accordance with the applicable regulations, jurisdictions, and approved procedures, in a manner that enhances justice and transparency. He also emphasized the importance of intensifying efforts to keep pace with the continuous development of the judicial environment and expanding the use of modern technologies to help reduce processing times, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the quality of services provided.​

 

Under the direction of His Excellency Dr. Ali bin Ahmed Alohaydib, the Board of Grievances remains committed to providing the service of requesting a direct meeting with the Chairman of the Board of Grievances through its digital portal, in support of strengthening communication with beneficiaries and understanding their views, thereby contributing to the development of services and the advancement of the litigation experience and the efficiency of the administrative judiciary system.
