H.E. the Chairman of the Board of Grievances and President of the Administrative Judiciary Council, Dr. Ali bin Ahmed Alohaydib, met on Wednesday, 6 May 2026, with a number of beneficiaries at the headquarters in Riyadh, as part of the “Request a Meeting with H.E. the Chairman" service through the digital portal. During the meeting, H.E. listened to their requests and observations and directed that they be promptly addressed in accordance with the applicable laws and jurisdictions, in a manner that reinforces justice and transparency.
H.E. emphasized the importance of intensifying efforts to keep pace with the ongoing development of the judicial environment, noting that expanding the use of modern technologies and accelerating digital transformation contribute to reducing processing times, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing the quality of services provided.
H.E. further explained that the digital portal enables beneficiaries to request direct meetings in support of strengthening communication and gathering feedback, thereby contributing to the development and modernization of services, while enhancing the litigation experience and the efficiency of the judicial system.
