His Excellency the Chairman of the Board of Grievances and President of the Administrative Judicial Council, Dr. Ali bin Ahmed Alohaydib, has issued a package of organizational and structural decisions, including the assignment of a number of department supervisors, the appointment of several advisors to serve at His Excellency's Office, and the designation of a number of administrative leaders, assistant department directors, and the official spokesperson of the Board of Grievances. These decisions form part of ongoing efforts to enhance institutional capabilities, empower qualified national talent, and improve the efficiency of the judicial and administrative framework.

These decisions come as an extension of the institutional development initiatives underway at the Board of Grievances, aiming to strengthen integration between judicial and administrative functions, support decision making and strategic planning, enhance institutional readiness and operational efficiency, and leverage specialized expertise in developing policies, regulations, initiatives, and projects. They also contribute to preparing a supporting leadership tier capable of leading future development paths.
