The Board of Grievances, represented by the Public Relations and Media Department, organized today, Thursday, July 16, 2026, a workshop titled “Public Relations in the Age of Artificial Intelligence: Between Power and Responsibility," coinciding with World Public Relations Day. The workshop was held in cooperation with King Saud University and witnessed wide participation from Board employees through virtual communication.
The workshop addressed the transformations taking place in the public relations sector amid artificial intelligence developments and highlighted the importance of responsibly utilizing modern technologies to enhance institutional communication efficiency. It was accompanied by various activities organized by the Public Relations and Media Department at the Board's headquarters to mark the occasion, with the participation of Board employees.
This initiative comes as part of the Board of Grievances' efforts to strengthen institutional communication culture, develop employees' capabilities, and enable them to benefit from emerging technologies and artificial intelligence. It also supports the objectives of the Board of Grievances Framework 2030 for leadership and maximized impact, while enhancing the institutional work environment and excellence in performance.
