During 2025, the Board of Grievances implemented a package of specialized developmental training programs in the fields of technology transformation and artificial intelligence. These programs were delivered as part of 134 training programs targeting its judicial and administrative personnel, with a total of 6,648 training hours, benefiting 4,139 trainees across its courts and departments in various regions of the Kingdom.
These programs focused on empowering competencies with diverse skills and knowledge through training tracks covering a range of topics, most notably digital transformation, emerging technologies, artificial intelligence applications, and cybersecurity, in addition to updates on regulations and procedures. This contributes to enhancing the efficiency of judicial and administrative work and improving the quality of its outputs.
This comes within the framework of the Board of Grievances' direction to strengthen the readiness of its personnel to address the requirements of technological transformation and to develop institutional capabilities, through cooperation with governmental and private entities locally and internationally, in a manner that keeps pace with organizational and technological transformations and supports the achievement of institutional excellence within the administrative justice system.
