His Excellency the Chairman of the Board of Grievances and President of the Administrative Judicial Council, Dr. Ali bin Ahmed Alohaydib, met on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, with a number of beneficiaries who had requested to meet him through the dedicated digital service available on the Board of Grievances' portal. During the meeting, he listened to their requests, observations, and suggestions, directing that requests be processed promptly in accordance with applicable regulations and jurisdiction, in a manner that s​upports procedural fairness and the principles of transparency and integrity in litigation.

This meeting comes as part of His Excellency's regular engagements with beneficiaries, aimed at serving them, safeguarding their interests, and identifying the challenges they face within the courts of the Board of Grievances and its digital platforms, as well as determining the necessary improvements. This is within the framework of enhancing performance efficiency, developing the litigation environment, and addressing such challenges through procedural development and the modernization of regulatory frameworks.

The Board of Grievances' portal provides a service that enables beneficiaries to request a direct meeting with the Chairman of the Board of Grievances, thereby strengthening communication and supporting the collection of feedback and suggestions related to services. The Board also works to incorporate beneficiaries' insights into the development and updating of its services, considering them a key source for improving the digital litigation experience, enhancing judicial outputs, and advancing the efficiency of platforms and the quality of performance within the administrative judiciary system.
