The Board of Grievances announced the implementation of 21 training programs during April, totaling more than 298 training hours, benefiting over 546 participants, including judges, leaders, and staff from across the Kingdom. The programs, supervised by the General Directorate of Judicial Affairs and the Human Resources Development Department, ranged between workshops and intensive training courses, conducted both in person and remotely, depending on business needs and the nature of each program.
These programs covered a variety of legal and judicial fields, focusing on developing skills and knowledge related to administrative judicial work, its regulations, and legislation. They also included modern topics such as artificial intelligence and its applications in judicial and administrative fields, in addition to themes related to institutional requirements, sustainability, and risk management, including digital risks, as well as cybersecurity and occupational health and safety. In the same context, the General Directorate of Human Resources organized a dedicated workshop to discuss innovative projects submitted as part of the “Judicial Intelligence" hackathon.
This comes as part of the Board of Grievances' ongoing efforts, under the direction and supervision of Dr. Ali bin Ahmed Alohaydib, to develop and qualify judicial and administrative personnel in line with modern technological and legislative advancements. The aim is to enhance performance efficiency and the quality of outputs, contribute to achieving the objectives of the administrative judiciary, improve efficiency and quality, reduce litigation duration, increase the productivity of judicial circuits, and strengthen leadership in the administrative judiciary.
