The Board of Grievances has been awarded two ISO certifications — ISO 29119 for Software Testing Processes and ISO 9001 for Quality Management Systems — for the third consecutive time, reaffirming its continued commitment to the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and sustainability in its operations and services.
These internationally recognized certifications are granted by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) to entities that demonstrate excellence in their administrative and technical systems. They reflect the Board's adoption of continuous improvement strategies, high-quality services and outputs, and strengthened beneficiary trust. This recognition also highlights the Board's capability in developing and testing its digital systems according to the latest global standards, along with maintaining an integrated system for quality management and ongoing enhancement across all its operations and services.
This achievement comes as part of a week filled with milestones — including the launch of the Smart Court System during the Digital Government Forum — and culminates with the Board's accreditation from the Digital Government Authority for its Enterprise Architecture Framework, reaffirming its leadership in technological excellence, system security, and institutional performance efficiency.
