The Board of Grievances has been awarded, for the second consecutive year, the ISO 22301 certification — the internationally recognized standard for the Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) — covering all of its judicial, administrative, and digital services. The certification was granted in accordance with the accreditation of the Saudi Accreditation Center, after the Board fulfilled all requirements of business continuity management across its judicial and administrative operations and digital services.
This achievement follows the first milestone accomplished in 2023, now with a broader scope, demonstrating the Board's institutional capability in activating crisis management teams and ensuring rapid response, while applying the highest local and international standards to maintain productivity and service quality without interruption, even during crises and emergencies.
This accomplishment reflects both international and national recognition of the Board's efficiency and leadership in building an integrated institutional system that strengthens its reliability in delivering high-level judicial services.
