The Board of Grievances, represented by the General Department of Human Resources,
announced the opening of applications for the Cooperative Training Program for
the second academic semester for male and female students of Saudi universities
and institutes through the Khabeer Digital Platform. The Department stated that
the application period will run from January 4 to January 11, 2026, with the
training period commencing on January 20, 2026. The platform offers training
opportunities at the Board of Grievances’ courts, departments, and affiliated
facilities.
The training program targets male and female students from Saudi public
universities across all regions, as well as students from the Institute of
Public Administration, in a range of disciplines including: Human Resources,
Materials Management, Secretarial Studies, Sharia, Legal Systems, Law,
Fundamentals of Religion, Diploma in Legal Studies, Islamic Studies, Business
Administration, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Accounting, Financial
Management, and Public Relations and Media.
Through the Cooperative Training Program, the Board of Grievances seeks to
contribute to enhancing trainees’ skills, awareness, and practical experience,
as part of its efforts to develop human resources in the Kingdom. The program
also aims to help qualify capable trainees to meet labor market needs and
aspirations, reflecting the Board’s ongoing commitment to offering initiatives
and community engagement programs that strengthen ties with academic and
professional institutions, and to preparing the next generation of human
capital in the Saudi labor market in line with its ambitious vision.
