The Board of Grievances, represented by the Office of Risk and Business Continuity, has concluded its October development workshops with a session titled “Empowering Risk Leaders and Business Impact Analysis." The workshop brought together a number of specialists from various departments and administrative courts of the Board, aiming to enhance their capabilities in identifying risks that may affect their operations and analyzing their impact to ensure the continuity of critical and essential services.
This workshop marks the third in a series organized by the Office this month within the framework of the Board's ongoing efforts to enhance staff competencies, improve risk management practices, and foster a culture of preparedness and effective response to future challenges.
It is worth noting that earlier this year, the Board of Grievances activated the directives of the Steering Committee for the Risk Management and Business Continuity System. These efforts culminated last August in the Board's attainment of the international ISO 22301 certification — the globally recognized standard for Business Continuity Management Systems — accredited by the Saudi Business Center, after meeting all requirements across its judicial, administrative, and digital service operations.
