His Excellency stated that the Saudi judiciary, by the grace of God and the support of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, along with the guidance and close follow-up of His Royal Highness the Crown Prince, has become a global model to be emulated in terms of legislation and the ease of its implementation. He added that the new law is designed to regulate enforcement procedures in a way that ensures discipline and justice, while safeguarding rights without compromising legal guarantees.
His Excellency Dr. Alohaydib concluded that this gracious approval of the new Enforcement Law represents a continuation of the Kingdom's efforts to develop judicial and justice systems, and further strengthens the integration of the judicial framework. He noted that the law complements the enforcement system before the Board of Grievances with respect to enforcement requests in favor of administrative entities, contributing to the enhancement of mechanisms for tracking and recovering funds through modern legal tools that ensure procedural transparency and the fulfillment of rights. He also prayed to Almighty God to preserve the Kingdom's security and prosperity, and to safeguard its wise leadership and great people.
