Riyadh, Monday, August 18, 2025 – H.E. Dr. Khaled bin Mohammed Alyousef, Chairman of the Board of Grievances and Chairman of the Administrative Judicial Council, met today at his office in the Board's headquarters in Riyadh with beneficiaries who had requested a meeting with him through the Board's digital portal. During the meeting, H.E. Dr. Alyousef listened to their requests and suggestions and directed that the necessary actions be taken promptly in accordance with the regulations and jurisdiction.
Through its digital portal, the Board of Grievances provides all beneficiaries with the service of requesting a meeting with the Chairman, thereby ensuring effective communication with them and enhancing the performance and tools of its judicial and administrative support facilities.
It is worth noting that, in the same context, the Board of Grievances held a number of workshops in mid-July to gather beneficiaries' feedback on its services and to gain closer insight into their suggestions for improving digital judicial services and procedures, with the aim of enhancing the digital litigation experience and improving the quality of administrative judicial work.

Dr. Khaled bin Mohammed Alyousef, Chairman of the Board of Grievances and Chairman of the Administrative Judicial Council, presided over the meeting of the Supreme Supervisory Committee at the Board of Grievances headquarters in Riyadh, in the presence of esteemed judges and distinguished advisors who are members of the committee.
The meeting, led by the head of the advisory team, reviewed the executive methodologies linked to the dimensions, values, strategic outcomes, and their key and benchmark indicators, as well as the focus on enablers, sustainability, beneficiaries, and processes. It also discussed the best scientific methods and practices that contribute to enhancing administrative and judicial efficiency and governance.
This meeting comes as part of the Board of Grievances' ongoing efforts to strengthen institutional efficiency and consolidate administrative and judicial governance, thereby ensuring the improvement of service quality provided to beneficiaries.
