With the aim of enhancing beneficiaries’ experience, the Board of Grievances provides a number of priorities and supportive

News Date : 3/31/2026

represented by the Judicial Operations Management Center announced the introduction of a number of privileges for users of the MOEN digital platform, the official portal, and communication services, particularly senior citizens and persons with disabilities. These new benefits grant priority to senior citizens in beneficiary services, along with guidance and smart assistance for those aged over sixty five, subject to disclosure and verification.

The announcement also included several features provided through the Board of Grievances' portal and the MOEN digital platform for persons with disabilities. These include a range of supportive digital tools such as adjustable font sizes, customizable screen settings and colors, in addition to the “Esharat" tool, which enables sign language translation for the deaf, allowing them to independently benefit from litigation services when selecting the option “Is the party deaf" during case submission.

These newly introduced privileges, available through the MOEN digital platform and across all informational and procedural services on the Board of Grievances' digital portal, come as part of its ongoing efforts to improve the beneficiary experience and facilitate litigation procedures. They also enable continuous service development and enhancement by adopting innovative ideas from within and beyond the administrative judiciary ecosystem. In this context, one of the key tracks of the “Judicial Intelligence Hackathon," held last February, was dedicated to improving the beneficiary experience particularly for persons with disabilities in pursuit of leadership in administrative judiciary at both regional and global levels
