A delegation from the Board of Grievances participated in a panel session at the International Association for Court Administration (IACA) Conference, hosted by the Dubai International Financial Centre Courts and Dubai Courts from 16 to 19 November 2025. The session, titled “Towards an Innovative Judiciary: Institutional Digital Transformation at the Board of Grievances," brought together leading judicial and academic figures from various countries around the world.
During the session, the Board's delegation showcased its experience in institutional digital integration and highlighted the strategies and initiatives that have contributed to advancing judicial work and improving service quality. The delegation also presented an overview of data governance and the practical applications of artificial intelligence in judicial proceedings, emphasizing the impact of these technologies on enhancing procedural efficiency and improving user experience.
In addition, the delegation took part in specialized sessions addressing a range of topics, including legislative framework requirements, digitalization challenges in the judiciary, and cybersecurity.
The Board of Grievances concluded its participation by presenting its efforts in strengthening international cooperation and activating knowledge partnerships aimed at developing administrative judicial systems in the Kingdom.
This participation reflects the Board's commitment to exchanging expertise and sharing Saudi Arabia's advanced administrative judicial experience in international forums.
