H.E. Chairman of the Board of Grievances and Chairman of the Administrative Judicial Council, Dr. Khaled bin Mohammed Alyousef, chaired today, ​Monday, September 22, 2025, a meeting in Riyadh to discuss the projects of the Decision Support Center at the Board of Grievances, with the participation of concerned senior officials.

The meeting reviewed the Center's key projects aimed at developing strategies for digital judicial business systems and procedures, along with the Center's ongoing work on judicial productivity statistics, studies, and beneficiary engagement. It also highlighted the workshops and opinion-poll campaigns recently conducted by the Center.

H.E. commended the Center's efforts and interactive activities, as well as the studies and recommendations it has produced. He emphasized the need for further efforts to sustain and enhance performance, noting that this meeting comes as part of the Board of Grievances' ongoing endeavors to improve work efficiency, strengthen governance of judicial procedures, and enhance satisfaction levels among beneficiaries.
