Starting from the enhancement of strategic partnerships with international universities specialized in law, the Board of Grievances held on Monday 25/09/1441 H an online meeting to discuss the draft MOU with the Case Western Reserve University in the United States of America. That comes to strengthen strategic partnerships with international universities in the field of law. His Excellency the Chairman of the Board of Grievances and Chairman of the Administrative Judicial Council Dr. Khaled Muhammad Al-Youssef was in the meeting, along with the founder of the foreign graduate legal studies, Professor Lewis Katz, and Dean of the Law School Professor Michael Scharf.

 The meeting aims to find the best means of joint cooperation, methods of communication, and coordination mechanisms in the works that would develop the fields of research and training. It also aims to discuss the information that relates to the two fields, to enhance the efficiency and development of cadres, and effective methods of scientific communication through periodic meetings and related specialized conferences and seminars, and also to promote legal publications.

It is worth noting here that this meeting is an extension of the kind approval of the Council of Ministers decision No. 133 dated 16/02/1441 H, stating that the Board of Grievances has been granted the approval to discuss and negotiate with Case Western Reserve University regarding the draft MOU in the field of research and training. This is a reflection of the positive results of visits exchanged between the BOG and the CWRU. Many meetings have been witnessed and comparative experiences have been shared, which have united the work to develop the common goals on both sides, and to achieve the strategic goal of the Board of Grievances, which is enhancing and strengthening partnerships with international academic bodies specialized in the fields of law.
