Represented by the Decision Support Center, the Board of Grievances held an introductory meeting on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at its headquarters in Riyadh, during which it presented the developed methodology for business process reengineering. The initiative aims to unify practices, enhance execution efficiency, and support change leadership efforts in line with modern approaches.

The meeting was attended by a number of judicial and administrative leaders, as part of ongoing efforts to keep pace with transformations, overcome challenges, and elevate readiness levels across technical and organizational departments. This serves as a foundation for implementing the approved methodology and transitioning to a more advanced phase in process improvement, ultimately enhancing performance quality and advancing digital litigation services.

The session also covered implementation phases and the application roadmap, in addition to discussing operational aspects and receiving feedback and inquiries through an interactive discussion with relevant leaders and departments. This contributes to strengthening integration and effectiveness in execution. These efforts are carried out under the direct supervision of His Excellency the Chairman of the Board of Grievances, President of the Administrative Judicial Council, Dr. Ali bin Ahmed Alohaydib, in support of advancing leadership in administrative judiciary.
