The Board of Grievances has won the 2025 Energy Efficiency Award in the Awareness and Impact track – Government Sector category, granted by the Saudi Energy Efficiency Center in its inaugural edition. The Board's delegation was honored with the award on Wednesday, 10 December 2025, during an awards ceremony held under the patronage of HRH Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Energy and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Energy Efficiency Center.
The Energy Efficiency Award—received by the Board of Grievances—is granted to outstanding institutional and integrative efforts that have contributed to raising awareness of energy efficiency and optimal conservation practices. This recognition reflects the development of related strategies and procedures, support for high-quality awareness initiatives, encouragement of adopting the highest standards, and reinforcement of positive practices that contribute to energy sustainability.
It is worth noting that, in June of this year, the Board of Grievances also received recognition from the Saudi Energy Efficiency Center for achieving the Excellence rating for the fourth consecutive year, based on the performance scorecard used to assess government entities' efforts in this field. Through this, the Board distinguished itself by adhering to the highest standards of conservation requirements, in pursuit of further advancing energy efficiency targets across all Board of Grievances courts and affiliated facilities throughout the Kingdom.
