The Board of Grievances held a specialized workshop entitled “Enforcement Jurisdiction before the Board of Grievances", presented by His Eminence Sheikh Abdullah bin Saad Al-Sabr, chairman of the Administrative Enforcement Court, as part of the Legal Volunteering Marathon organized by the Saudi Bar Association. The workshop was conducted virtually on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m.
The workshop addressed the key features of the Enforcement Law before the Board of Grievances, reviewing topics related to administrative enforcement orders and decisions, its general principles, and the procedures governing the enforcement of judgments and decisions. It also clarified the nature of enforcement disputes and mechanisms for addressing them in light of the relevant law and executive regulations, thereby highlighting the role of administrative enforcement jurisdiction in protecting rights and ensuring their prompt delivery to beneficiaries.
This workshop comes within the Board of Grievances' efforts to promote legal awareness within the legal community, highlight judicial and digital advancements in its courts and platforms, and pursue its continuous mission of providing specialized judicial knowledge in line with the Kingdom's judicial development, thereby serving administrative justice with the highest quality standards.
