Academic qualifications:

*Bachelor degree of Islamic law (Shariya), Imam Mohammed bin Saud Islamic University, College of Islamic law (Shariya) in Riyadh, academic year 1397/1398H. He obtained laws studies diploma from the Institute of Public Administration in 1404H.

*In 1405H, he obtained Master degree in Law from university of West California.

*In 1425H he joined Leeds university at U.K. for PH D degree from the faculty of law in the subject of Anti-Money Laundering and its applications in the Kingdom – Comparative study with the British act. 

​Working experience:

H.E. Al sheikh was appointed in the job of legal consultant –class eight- at King Faisal university starting from 29/08/1400H.

*In 1406H he was appointed in the job of legal department director at King Faisal university in class tem.

*On11/08/1407H his services transferred pursuant to the royal order No A/330 from administrative to judiciary profession and appointed at the Board of Grievances in the job of assistant consultant (A) in the job of judge class (A).

*Participated teaching in the evening training course about the subject of Shariya controls and formulae in business of trade, financing and investment to managers of Al Rajhi Banking for Investment Co branches in Eastern province based on approval of H.E. president of the Board branch in Eastern province dated 18/11/1413H

*Participated by teaching in program of control book and program of general theory for commitment and arbitration held at the Institute of Public Administration pursuant to approval of H.E. President of the Board dated 04/11/1413H.

*Participated by teaching in subject of administrative authority and its decisions for program of administrative follow-up at institute of public Administration at Dammam pursuant to approval of H.E. President of the Board dated 28/10/1415H.

*Selected as a representative of the Kingdom at Permanent International Arbitration Court in Hague, Holland, pursuant to the royal order No 7/B/42950 dated 11/05/1423H and still on the job.

*Participated in teaching students of college of administrative sciences and planning, department of laws, King Faisal university for the evening period during the academic year 1418H pursuant to approval of H.E. president of the Board branch in his letter No 664/3 dated 28/05/1418H directed to H.E. Chancellor of King Faisal university.

*H.E. Al Sheikh graduated in judiciary profession till her reached class of (Judge of appeal) starting from 01/12/1426H

*On 19/02/1430H, the royal order No A/10 issued appointing H.E. as a member of administrative judiciary council.

*Designated as president of administrative court of appeal in Eastern province by decision of administrative judiciary council in  item ( second/c) of the minutes of session No (8) dated 25/08/1430H and the royal order was issued promoting him to (president of court of appeal)

*Assigned as president of committee for taking a decision in dispute of jurisdiction stipulated in article No fifteen (15) of the Board of Grievances law commencing from 1432H to 1435H.

*Assigned as president of the committee for interviewing candidates and applicants requiring joining judiciary profession at the Board of Grievances and still on the assignment.

*Assigned as president of the circle considering disciplinary actions against judges at the Board of Grievances dated 05/08/1435H to date.

*On 20/07/1435H the royal order No A/143 was issued appointing him as president of supreme administrative judiciary in the class of minister.

Conferences, seminars and academic activities:   

*Represented the Kingdom in the seventh international conference regarding currency forgery organized by international police (Interpol) organization held at the French city of Lyon dated 26/10/1407H.

*Participated in second international conference of crimes associated with bribery named (faces of bribery) held at the headquarters of Secretariat General of Interpol at Lyon city, France, on 11/03/1421H.

*Participated by worksheet in the workshop organized by King Fahad University for Petroleum and Minerals under the title of (Code of Ethics) held on 18/11/1421H

*Participated in the Arab International Conference for anti-corruption held at Naif Academy for Security Sciences in Riyadh during the period 10-12/08/1424H.

*Participated in two courses regarding about rights of intellectual property held in Washington, USA, during the year 1426H.

*Participated in the course of (Judges regional seminar) held in Singapore as organized by Singapore government during the period 9-13/4/1428H.

*Participated in meetings of the forty sixth session of the Legal Advisory Organization for countries of Asia & Africa, held at Cape Town city, South Africa, during the period 17-21/6/1428H.

*Participated in the training course held at Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency (SAMA) (Banking Institute) with its subject (Money laundering and economic crimes) for a period of 30 hours during 1427.

*Participated in the course of (Arbitration procedures in pharmaceutical and agricultural cases) organized by the Ministry of Commerce in the Kingdom in collaboration with Alaonicat organization of U.N. held 18/05/1428H in Riyadh city.

*Participated in the course of (Strategic leadership and empowerment skills) held in Cairo, Arab Republic of Egypt, during 1430H.

*Participated in the training course titled (Management of plans and programs of change in government sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) held in Riyadh on 01/06/1430H.

*Participated in the training course titled (Time management and priorities) organized at Al Ihsa on 28/05/1431H.

*Participated in workshop titled (Upgrading communication competence between the citizen and government departments) held at King Faisal university in Al Ihsa on 16/06/1431H and presented worksheet titled (Obstacles limiting activation of  relationship between the citizen and government departments)

*Participated in the training course titled (Strategic planning and balanced performance card) held in Al Taif city dated 19/08/1431H. 

*Participated in the specialized training course titled (court of appeal) held in Al Taif city dated 19/08/1431H.

*Participated in the workshop held in Riyadh titled (Procedures of supreme administrative court and the implementing regulations of pleadings law at the Board held during the period from 24-28/04/1435.
