First objective: Reducing term of litigation together with achieving high quality.

Second objective: Electronic transformation to activities of Board of Grievances within five years.

4-Providing (20) electronic services for financial and administrative systems within five years.

5-development of computer hardware and software at the Board of Grievances and its courts.

4-Providing buildings to the Board of Grievances and its courts:

1-possession of land in the targeted regions and provinces.

2-construction and preparation of six buildings for courts of Board of Grievances.

3-opening of administrative courts in provinces and administrative courts of appeal in regions.

4-reconditioning of leased court buildings.

5-mainteances, cleaning and operation of Board of Grievances buildings.

6-maintaining safety of the Board of Grievances and courts buildings.

7-developing financial resources.
