About the Court The Administrative Court of Appeal has Originated in Riyadh region as an judicial circuit in cases in the year 1403H and by issuance of the Board of Grievances law by the Royal Decree No M/78 dated 19/09/1428H and its implementing regulations, the Judicial circuit at the Board was transferred into an Administrative Court of Appeal in Riyadh region pursuant to the decision of the administrative affairs committee of judges at the Board of Grievances on 06/06/1429H. The number of judicial circles in the court reached 11 circles.

Spatial competence The administrative court of appeal in Riyadh region is concerned to consider the appealable judgments issued by the administrative courts in Riyadh, Buraidah, Hail, and that issued in the scope of spatial jurisdiction for those courts as of decisions that such administrative court of appeal has jurisdiction to consider directly.
