The Board of Grievances
Values:
1.Justice:Justice is the foundation of governance in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in accordance with the provisions of Islamic Sharia and the regulations of the Kingdom. The judicial authority represents one of the components of governance in the Kingdom, cooperating with other authorities in performing their roles and functions, and the King is the reference for these authorities. Based on this, the right to litigation is guaranteed to all citizens and residents in the Kingdom equally.
2.Independence:Independence is a core value for the Board of Grievances, confirmed by the judicial systems in the Kingdom through granting judges an independent authority, and there is no authority over judges in their rulings except the Islamic Sharia and enforced regulations, and no one is allowed to interfere in the judiciary, which is what the Board of Grievances systems confirm, as justice cannot be achieved except through the independence of the judiciary.
3.Achievement:The Board of Grievances achieves its leadership by applying standard criteria and practice in resolving disputes promptly, which realizes the value of justice. Given the importance of the value of achievement, the Board of Grievances will emphasize ease and speed of execution in adjudicating disputes and enforcing judgments.
