Directorate of judicial inspection pursuant to article No (55) of judiciary law consists of the following:
1-Inspection to the works of appeal courts judges and first class courts for the sake of collection of data that leads to knowledge of their competence and extent of performing duties of their job.
2-Realizing the complaints raised by judges or brought against them in issues related to their works after being referred to from the administrative judiciary council.
